Pearson High School Accident: Students, staffs injured after bus crash in Port Elizabeth, SA; East London School Sports community mourns

East London School community has requested for fervent prayers for the staffs and students of Pearson High School in Port Elizabeth SA following a bus accident yesterday. According to reports, at least seven pupils and three staffs were injured in the accident involving a school bus in East London Friday. According to locals, the school bus was covehing athletic students of the school. The Pearson High School is located on Jenvey Rd, Summerstrand, Gqeberha, 6001, South Africa.

The description

Pearson High School is a public high school in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, that attracts students of both genders. Learners in grades 8 through 12 are accommodated at the high school that is taught in the Afrikaans language.

HERITAGE (plural)

It was in January of 1926 when Pearson High School was established as the Physical Education Secondary School with only 35 students. In 1927, the school relocated to the facilities that belong to the Grey Institute. The next year, the institution in question was rechristened Pearson High School, in honor of the Honorable William Pearson, who had been the Mayor of Port Elizabeth for a period of sixteen years.
